Good planning is everything. Have a diary where you plan your day, meetings and work. Having a to do list makes you very productive and organized. You never have to forget important meetings or tasks. A planner will make your life easier and you can focus better on the task at hand.
PLAN FOR THE UNEXPECTED
There is always a probability of something coming up which is out of our control. Uncontrollable events like traffic, accidents, health, change in weather or an internet glitch. Always be prepared for the unexpected.
SUITABLE WORK SPACE
Create a space dedicated to your work. A space suitable for you with things that make you comfortable and that keep you motivated to do your best.
KEEP AWAY DISTRACTIONS
Put away anything that could be a distraction to your work. Prioritize your current task and get focused. Keep away anything that could strike as a distraction.
FIND WHERE YOU SPEND MOST TIME
Track what you are doing. Find what you are spending most of your time unnecessarily. Minimize the time you spend on it. This will give you more time to do other tasks. Setting a timer for yourself really helps keep you in check with your time.
